On October 3, 2019, a new version of the popular Astra 2.1 theme was released, which once again brings further acceleration. The creators have worked on the way CSS code is generated. Now, CSS is no longer inserted directly into the HTML, but is stored in a separate file so that the browser can easily cache it, which can bring up to 8.5% speedup, according to the creators of the template.
In order to take advantage of this, you need to have purchased the Astra Pro version. Then just click on the “Enable file generation” button in the settings and activate this generation of CSS into the file.
