Big changes for eshops. Do you already have the new GTC?
According to the latest Consumer Protection Act, which came into force on 1.7.2024, e-shops have new obligations. As was the case in the past, the inspectors will now consider only what they see ‘posted on the e-shop’. Beware, mistakes are “paid for”.
